The Beth Johnson Foundation is recruiting to its dynamic Team of staff, offering a 36 hours post commencing January 10th - June 20th, 2022. We do expect this post to continue after this date, subject to funding.
The post involves working alongside the senior management team to develop a volunteering programme that meets operational requirements and the longer-term strategic aims of BJF. You will support and ensure an appropriate balance of volunteers as required; develop appropriate and consistent training, educational and supportive materials, monitoring and evaluation tools in conjunction with others as appropriate.

who enjoy working with others, have excellent communication skills, and have experiences of working with volunteers, and/or third sector organizations.
