Health Improvement Project Co-ordinatorTemporary cover initially to 31.3.1321 hours per week salary £14,997 per annum We are looking for someone with a health and community development background to be part of our exciting and innovative project enabling older people across North Staffordshire to age positively.We are seeking to cover the post from 3rd September 2012 and, as it is temporary cover initially for 6 months, we need someone with project development experience and the self-motivation to make an immediate start on delivering the project with support from members of the Positive Ageing Team.Closing date for applications is 5pm on Thursday 16th August 2012.Interviews will be held on Wednesday 22nd August 2012.Application packs are available to download below or alternatively contact :Jo Swinswood Tel: 01782 844036 or email: jo@bjf.org.uk
