Beth Johnson Does Bollywood

Posted in: News on May 26, 2015

To round off Dementia Awareness Week Bollywood Fitness was the order of the day. With our dementia focus group, positive living life coaches and staff joining in, we laughed our way through and enjoyed it, finishing off with a relaxation session. The important part of doing this is the awareness that people with dementia can benefit from exercise and they can live well.

Many thanks to Janet Henson from the WEA who gave up her precious time to come and show us how to do it, and to June Brammar at the Haywood Hospital for promoting the Foundation on her stand last week.
