Free Community Workshops for People Aged 50+
Following the success of the Beth Johnson Foundation digital technology community workshops, we are delighted to offer these free sessions again to people aged 50+ living in Stoke on Trent:
 
·         Arts and Wellbeing, Tues 5th November
·         Basic Digital Skills Workshop, Wed 6th November
·         Emotional Wellbeing, Tuesday 26th November
·         Basic Digital Skills Workshop, Thurs 28th November
·         Diet and Nutrition at Christmas, Mon 2nd December
 
The workshops will run at BJF in Hartshill, 10-12noon with a free lunch included, (5th, 26th & 2nd only).  Please call 01782 844036 or email healthy.generations@bjf.org.uk to book your place.
