New for 2020!!
Book now for our Digital Technology and Positive Ageing Sessions. 
BJF are delighted to offer these free weekly workshops to people aged 50+ living in Stoke on Trent. It doesn’t matter if you don’t own a tablet or smart phone, we will bring some along. Places are limited, so book early!
Week 1 - Staying safe online and using different technologies such as the Amazon Echo
Week 2 - Art and Wellbeing using digital drawing & photo collage
Week 3 - Emotional Wellbeing (relaxation apps)
Week 4 - Physical Wellbeing (You Tube tai chi)
Week 5 - Diet and Nutrition (BBC Good Food Guide online)
Week 6 - Finding Local Services and Social Activities online (including giving online feedback with Healthwatch Stoke on Trent)
When:  11th, 18th, 25th Feb and 3rd, 10th, 17th March
Time:    10a.m. - 12noon, lunch included
