Life during lock-down has certainly been challenging, and so with our Healthy Generations project at BJF, we have been working hard to find innovative ways of bringing people together safely; physically distanced yet socially connected. Using digital technology, we have brought older adults across Stoke-on-Trent together in ‘virtual’ groups, challenging isolation and increasing social interaction by providing new ways for people to communicate. The 'Covid-19 Survival Cookbook and Other Stories' is a collection of their conversations, from recipes and poems to thoughts and dilemmas.  We hope you enjoy reading, and cooking along the way… Covid 19 Survival Cook Book & Other Stories
