Lynne Wealleans, our Programmes Lead attended the Parliamentary Reception hosted by Steve Webb MP, Minister of State for Pensions, to launch Dr Ros Altmann’s report to Government - A new vision for older workers: Retain, Retrain, Recruit. The Foundation has, since 2004, been involved in supporting older workers and welcomes this positive movement for change; as Dr Altmann says in her report “If we are to seize the moment, changes are urgently required to overcome the barriers to later life working.
