The Peer support group facilitated by the Beth Johnson Foundation, Dementia Advocacy Project, was successful in its application for a small amount of funding from Innovations in Dementia. We had to put forward a question and ours was “Does class intellect or http://www.innovationsindementia.org.ukethnicity have a bearing on the dementia pathway” The project started pre COVID-19, therefore some of the methods we intended using were altered. However, the most important aspect of it being that it was led and managed by people living with dementia. A report followed and we are delighted with the outcome and hope to expand on the report in the near future. The report is available to view HERE
